S4LCC Bronx Cancer ReSource Station is located at 424 East 147th Street 3rd floor, Bronx, NY 10455 in partnership with Step Up To Better Living. Our S4LCC Harlem Cancer ReSource Station is located at 155 West 145th Street, New York, NY 10039 in partnership with Street Corner Resources. Our Cancer ReSource Stations provide free Cancer Patient Navigation services and referrals to Navigators in Cancer Centers, Faith Based organizations, Hospitals and community based organizations. Services are provided for newly diagnosed, survivors (children/adults) and their families living in New York State. If you are in need of free Cancer resources, services, Cancer screenings, Cancer support (including spiritual support), a Lynn Buddy (Cancer buddy), social services, housing assistance, employment opportunities, assistance with transportation to and from treatments / appointments, free career training, young adult program for paid Internships for youth ages 16-29, fun educational program (Mrs. Allen's Patty Cake) for children living with Cancer and more... Our Cancer Navigation Ministry Network members provide Faith Based Cancer resource navigation services from within their Houses Of Worship for their community. All are welcome! You can find access to these Cancer resource services in the Bronx & Harlem, NY / Castle Hill, Bronx / Nassau County, Long Island / London, CT / Puerto Rico / Dominican Republic / Newberry, South Carolina.
