S4LCC Cancer ReSource Stations - Free Resource Navigation services for patients, Survivors & their families

Learn about activities, resources and Cancer support services. Enjoy activities and monthly events such as the BOLD Buddy Program in the Bronx and Woman To Woman in Manhattan. We have opened the first S4LCC Cancer ReSource Stations in the nation that is owned and operated by minority woman who are Cancer survivors. We opened our first office in the Bronx in partnership with Step Up To Better Living, Harlem in partnership with Street Corner Resources, Long Island and in partnership with New Life Christian Center. Our Cancer ReSource Stations will provide free Cancer Patient Navigation services for newly diagnosed, survivors (children/adults) and their families living in New York State. If you are in need of free Cancer resources, services, Cancer screenings, Cancer support (including spiritual support), a Lynn Buddy (Cancer buddy), social services, housing assistance, employment opportunities, assistance with transportation to and from treatments / appointments, free career training, young adult program for youth ages 16-29, fun educational program (Mrs. Allen's Patty Cake) for children living with Cancer and more.

Cancer Patient Navigator & Cancer Patient Resource Navigators will help navigate Cancer patients, survivors, their families and caregivers to free Cancer Resources, information, educational workshops, nutrition, free Cancer screenings, financial assistance and more. Through partnerships and collaborations with (Community) Navigators, Cancer Ministry Resource Navigation and Cancer Centers we are able to refer clients to navigation services in other locations.
